Bitmine and SharpLink are leading the corporate Ethereum adoption race. Which company will hold more ETH by the last full week of the year?

Market Dates:

• Market Closes: December 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Time: The outcome will be determined once the Strategic ETH Reserve’s historical charts are fully finalized for the final full week of the year, finishing December 28

Yes/No Criteria

• The market resolves to "Bitmine" if Bitmine's ETH holdings are greater than SharpLink's at the Resolution Time

• The market resolves to "SharpLink" if SharpLink's ETH holdings are greater than Bitmine's at the Resolution Time

Resolution:

• The outcome will be determined by comparing both companies’ historical ETH holding charts, specifically using the weekly snapshot from Sunday, December 28, 2025 (the last Sunday of the year)
• If December 28 data isn't available, the most recent previous data point will be used
• The comparison will be made based on the total number of ETH tokens held, not their USD value

Cancellation Conditions

The market will be cancelled if:

• Either company's historical chart data becomes unavailable
• Either company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy
• In the case of exactly equal holdings
• The historical data for both companies cannot be reliably verified

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
